SMALL GROUP
Small group personal training Powered by CLW Performance consisting of 4-8 clients led by an experienced Strength and Conditioning staff. Each 60-minute full body, strength-oriented exercise session is tailored to the group to achieve similar goals with strict attention to form and safety. High-energy interval workouts that combine resistance cardiovascular, and sports conditioning training.
Class Times: Monday – Thursday at 5 PM and by Appt.
